NETBOOT Debian

All, I am trying to NETBOOT a Debian LiveCD and I have the PXE/TFTPBOOT Server setup fine...my DHCP Server is Microsoft...I get the boot and it starts the boot process fine. When I try to NETBOOT my image though it stops...I am sure I have a problem with 'default' file though. Question is:
