Hi,
after today's upgrade of my sid both Mozilla (mozilla-browser_1.2.1-9)
and Galeon (galeon 1.2.7-6) don't work anymore: the first starts (I can
see the process with ps aux) but no windows appear on the desktop, the
second starts and continues to open continuously new windows, so that it

Hello,
just checking,
since I went to unstable galeon and mozilla are slightly broken.
galeon opens one window after another and mozilla just spawns one
process after another until the RAM fills up.
Since phoenix is working just fine I speculate that this has something
to do with gtk.

Hello,
got a little problem with mozilla 1.0.0 and galeon 1.2.5 - i think.
Things started going real slow today and i checked with top and gtop to
see whats going on there.
That shows for galeon and mozilla 5 running processes each eating up 18
megs of RAM each.
Can that be ok?
I updated galeon to

Hi, I have a problem with using both mozilla and galeon at the same
time. I upgraded mozilla to 0.9.7, using apt-get and this involved the
removal of galeon since they cannot work in conjunction with each other.
Galeon currently only works with 0.9.6 version of mozilla.
My problem is that

Given the current interest in downgrading libc6, to enable unstable
Konqueror, Mozilla or Galeon to function correctly, I thought I
would post the simplest method of downgrade.
# apt-get install libc6=2.2.4-1
This of course assumes you have testing listed in your apt.sources:
deb http://mirror.a
When I use mozilla or galeon, it often happens that when I click
on a hyperlink that goes to another site than the one I'm on, I
get an error message. The browser apparently asks the site I'm
already on for the page I'm looking for on the other site, and
of course it isn't there, so I get a message
