We just updated our kernel vmlinuz-2.6.24-etchnhalf.1-amd64 and it seems
like there is an error message that was not there before: (I could be
mistaken...)

I get a non-fatal oops message when I boot debian. With this same kernel
I don't get the same message with redhat. The version of the kernel was
2.0.30. This problem may go away if I use a 2.1.50 kernel. My graphics
