They're just configuration settings. You can either set them from the
command line using the sysctl commands it gives you, or create a
/etc/sysctl.d/something.conf file that contains:
net.ipv4.conf.default.rp_filter = 2
net.ipv4.conf.all.rp_filter = 2
net.ipv4.conf.default.log_martians = 1
