IPcop so far as I know is its own custom distribution. I.E you dont
install it ontop of Debian or RedHat or whatever it installs on a
blank hard drive itself. In essence its a custome kernel with ipchains
and everything removed not necessary to run firewalling and snort with
a HTML front end chucke
Has anyone successfully installed IPCop on Debian? What do you need to
do to build it?
Are there those who think I'd have to be crazy to install IPCop on
Debian? That is, there are far better solutions/products for all that
IPCop does. Or that IPCop is best installed alone, as I think
