Log in to your Linux system as root.
Then run the dselcect to install the packages (libs, etc..)
When you get into dselect, go to the packages list, and then press the /
key. Then, you can search for the libs that it is missing, like for
xpm, or libg++, etc. (You don

You can download them from the net. If you go to www.debian.org then follow the
link on the left called packages, you should get to the packages page. The kde
lib you are looking for AFAIK is qt1g.
