How do I enable sendmail to sent to remote server? Local email works fine,
but I need to be able to send messages accross the internet. I have added
the MX Record to my DNS server, so what else do I need to do?

which does dial on demand. I don't want sendmail to establish
connections in the background. The mail processing shall be delayed
until I explicitly make a connection.
