I am using webkit and phonon-vlc. It looks like this option is disabled in
konqueror (icon is disabled/inactive), because in iceweasel full-screen is
possible (icon is active).

I was futzing around with xrandr and noticed that the only resolution available
was my monitor's native resolution. Installing amd's official driver fixed
this. I had to install outside of apt, because the version included in the
repos hard locked my machine. Everything works great now!

Hi,
I'd like to run Konqueror in full screen mode, but haven't been able to
find out how to switch off the status bar & border surrounding the
displayed page. Any suggestions?

the slides would fill the screen. Now, when displaying full screen,
