the xkb_keymap. Here's my current setting:
M> setxkbmap -print
xkb_keymap {
xkb_keycodes { include "xfree86+aliases(qwerty)" };

Hi All,
In "KDE/Control Center/Keyboard layout/Xkb options", I set
"Adding the EuroSign to certain keys" to "Add the EuroSign to the 5 key",
coz that's where
it is located on my keyboard.
At the bottom of the Control Center I read: "setxkbmap -option
eurosign:5,compose:menu".

Hey ho,
The subject is slightly inadequate, but I couldn't think of anything
better.
In xfce4-terminal, I use the Artwiz "smooth" font. I can use a euro
sign just fine there; the same goes for gnome-terminal or anything else
GTK.
The font is listed in the relevant preferences di

Hi all,
For a while now, I've been trying to enable the Euro-sign on my
machine. I regenerated the right locales, environment variables are
set up well and the iso-8859-15 charset is enabled in my kernel.
What else could I possibly do? I can see and produce the friggin'
thing in Mo
Hi,
I want to use the euro sign on my Debian Woody box. I followed the Euro
How-To (€).
I use console tools on my Debian Woody box.
For the console and the Xterm the Euro-sign is working but I cannot
manage it to work in KDE for me (like the How-To told me).
I do not have a clue what I am
