Editing LXDE menus

Hi All Not sure if this is a 'feature' or 'bug' I am using Debian 10 and LXDE desktop, trying to edit the menu all i get from the settings is a browse dialogue box to change the picture that appears on the LXDE menu. I have made a blog post to illustrate this http://zleap.net/lxde-menu/ How e
