You can use tee and tail -f for that purpose (if both terminals are of
the same nature: xterm - xterm, console - console, etc).

I know that with hamm you have a package called 'ttysnoop' that is for that
exact
purpose...but I'm not sure what directory it's in...I'm pretty certain it's
non-free or
contrib.
