How do I get my machine to see a newly added Single SATA HD? not RAID The BIOS setting is set to IDE and is detected by the bios OK ASUS M2V-MX SE motherboard running 4.0r2 (2.6.18) and a Samsung 500Gb Sata HD I do have another identical drive and wondered whether RAID was better than having the
