only have to install teln

Greeting all.
First off this list has been hella helpful in getting my debian box up and
running. Gimp is wonderful. Ok now on to my last "Real" project. I need
to get a ppp dialup connection up and running. I was trying to start off
with using my modem to connect, at least a dummy conne
