This would be my first address to the debian-user mailing list, and I
did as thorough of a search as I could manage before posting my
question.

Hi,
I try to install the debian 2.2r3 on i386 server. The server has Intel
Ethernet Pro 100 Lan card. The kernel module is not provided in the
default installation (e100 module). I get it one from a mandrake distrib
and I try to make a floppy to add this module to the install process.
I put the mod

Help!
I just installed Debian GNU/Linux 2.0 on my new machine, but
unfortunately I made a silly mistake: When the installation menu is
displayed after rebooting the system, one can select a preset selection
of packages to be installed with "dselect". I was going to choose
"Dialup" to automatically

It's me again, thanks for all the help last week!
I have few more problems now:
(BTW: I re-installed the whole system - The problem I couldn't install the
kernel source was that my /usr part. was too small. so now it's 410 MB, I
hope it's enough. I was even able to re-compile the kernel!!!)
