Debconf problem after upgrade

I started to run 'apt-get upgrade' today and I get this: Configuring packages ... WARNING: Using deprecated debconf compatibility library. I stopped the process from continuing and I don't know if it is safe to proceed. Does anyone else get this too? I am using Potato. -- Andrew --
