Thanks to fellow Debian users who replied to my post on Copying Audio CD's on
Debian...
Obviously there are several ways and it is easier to do this task in
command-line than in GUI; at least that was my experience...
The easiest way to perform the trick was to:
#cdparanoia -s -B
> #apt-get get install cdrecord cdparanoia
apt-get install cdrdao (disk at once)
to read the cd:
cdrdao read-cd --device /dev/cdrom --driver generic-mmc --paranoia-mode 3
my_cd
to write a new cd
cdrdao write --device /dev/cdrom --driver generic-mmc --speed 8
my_cd
(the --driver can be different
