Nope. Not easily, anyway, and definitely not autom
Basically you need to build private debian package.
$ apt-get source package
$ emacs || vi (do whatever)
$ dpkg-build (or something like this to build private .deb)
# dpkg -i package
Read packaging-manual for details.
