yep, same situation i was in. use ftpsync.

I have tried it already but it does not delete files in the ISP server.
It upload only files and maybe override existing ones but not deleting
files which I do not more have local.

Also "ckermit". It belongs to non-free because of some
cryptography options (I think -- I am not sure).
