Debian CD Creation

I downloaded an image of the Debian 2.0 CD, but am not sure how to burn it in Windows. The documentation talks of changing the .raw file to a .iso file, but my system does not recognize the extension. Can the CD be created using Adaptec's DirectCD? Thanks, Dinesh == ~~
