booting from floppies, installing from ISO image on USB stick - is it possible ?

Hi I have some Dell Optiplex (500 Mhz) boxes without - CD-ROM - ability to boot from USB (no such option in BIOS). The idea is to boot the box from floppies and use an USB stick with Debian .iso image. When booting from floppies (DISTRIB_RELEASE=3.1, installer build 20060304)- from logs
