Hi,
I'm trying to set up an ATI all-in-wonder 128 pro video card on my linux
box.
I'm working with debian potato and XFree-4.1.0 (CPBotha packages).
Modprobe for r128.o module (kernel 2.4.4) returns no problem.
When I try to run X I've this message:

hi,
who can provide me with an Xconfig-file for this card?
I'm running xfree86 4.0.3-4 as available in the unstable-tree (woody that
is).
If someone also cna tell me how to get the best out of the card under
linux, including video in/out etc, I'd appriciate it.
thanx,

Do you have the video out cable plugged in? If it's plugged in, I can't
start X, but if I unplug it then X works perfectly. Pretty sure I'm using
4.0.3 with r128 driver.

I'm currently running Potato stable, with a custom kernel from
kernel.org. (2.4.4) X is NOT the 4.x series, but from the
the latest stable. (3.3.6?)
Anyway, I'm looking to view TV via cable to watch some TV.
The chipset on the card is RAGE with the BrookTree BT829
chipset.
