APC ups problems - backupspro

Playing with a new Backupspro and apcuspd from sid. The cable is a 95B. The daemon clearly talks to the UPS. It knows the voltages and the times and the events. When the power fails it stops people logging in. But it does not shut down the server. Anbody else got this working? Lindsay --
