OK. I solved it.
In case anyonwe is interested
In /etc/kde3/kdm/kdmrc
there is line
HiddenUsers=.
So, delete user you don't want to hide. I have absolutelly no idea how
did users got there, but fortunatelly I found it and fixed it.

After some update I've spotted that users ceased to appear in my GDM list.
First I thought it was due to error in theme (yes, I use the one which
supports displaying of users in list). So I tried another one. But it
didn't help.
