installing samba packages from potato distribution server crashes. It
seams that crash happens when nmbd is started. Besides, this is only on
"sertain" kernel versions (2.2.19, 2.2.20 - crashes, 2.2.18 - doesn't).
I'm not sure if its kernel problem (maybe some modules only), i use

when i "adduser user newgroup", then i need to logout from the first shell
i am in to activate changes. Is there a way to activate without logout?

you can try looking:
locate stdio.h
or
dpkg -S stdio.h

potato, there weren't any problems. Problem persist even on
free system :/ Maybe there is a way to trace the problem?

I am getting message (Memory exhausted--M-x..for recovery..) when starting
emacs (20.7-3) on woody. I checked on other woody system.. there emacs is
ok. I tried reinstalling, recompiling.. but nothing helps. Also i tried
other kernel.. Then i tried to compile emacs, i got the
same problem..
