Network trouble

Hello Im experiencing problems with my network. Im on a 100mbit switched lan and my new Debian 3.0 kernel 2.4.19 box won't download faster than 1.8MBps even though bonnie reports that the disk kan blockwrite @ more than 20MBps. I can upload from the same linux box at 10MBps. I tried

Hello I have a "Vadem VG-469 rev 00 ISA-to-PCMCIA at port 0x3e2 ofs 0x00" board and i can't get it to work under 2.4.18. Under 2.2.20 both the i82365 and yenta_socket PCIC works and loads drivers for the cards i put in the device. In 2.4.18 i82365 says "unresolved symbol isapnp_find_dev_R99
