I have woody and ISA non-PnP SB16 card, but the bf24
kernel of woody can't use it. It seems to me that bf24
try to use ISA PnP module before loading sb16 module.
This is ridiculous, SB16 has both PnP and non-PnP
versions!
How can I remove such dependcy? I read depmod manual,
edit /lib/module
i have fxck-ed a file system, now i want to know whether there are bad sector,
which command can show bad sector? Thanks in advance!

i have a spare serial line, i want to use it to connect 2 PCs. One PC is a
standard one,running Woody and Win98, the other PC lacks keyboard and
monitor,but has video card, running Linux, intend to be server.

i have a ISA scsi card with adaptec 6360L chip (CardModel=AC520A). i am using
woody and kernel 2.4. i believe aha152x module is for me, but the following
