I can recommend lilypond for the scoring of the music. Rosegarden seems
to be a midi sequencer with support for lilypond, however I haven't used

I'm betting that your problem is the fact that scp use an uppercase -P
to specify the port rather than the -p uses.
Try "scp -P 19666 file www.myserver.com:"

Good luck with that. Unless [EMAIL PROTECTED] has some way
to whitelist the mailing list, about the only things that can be done
are to either ignore the mails, or kick that email address off the list.

Most of the Dell laptops that I've dealed with recently have had Intel

seem to have any pcmcia support.
Do I have to build my own kernel to get both supported?

What is the "official" way to set up extra IP addresses on a single

Can anyone point me to a set of tools to create custom Debian boot disks to
automate installation (via packages or an NFS image), maintain the custom set
of packages/image, maybe combine all of this with a subset of the Debian CD and
create a bootable CD version?

My experiences with this indicate that LILO CANNOT configure itself
on any except the first logical drive. I didn't experiment with it,
but since removeable media (jaz drive) can be /dev/sda that made
my hard drive /dev/sdb. When I tried to make lilo insert itself
under these conditions I got
