anything obvious (not that I know C very well), and silently ignoring a cert seems too wonky to be likely. Does anyone have any ideas? John it is easy to setup MSN...make sure you are set up for PAP...your username MUST be in the format: MSN/, password is normal...otherwise it won't authenticate when you dial up...this has probably been the problem all along...msn must be capitalized using a forward slash like I typed it..
