debian install with/using a speedtouch modem

hi all, i'm interested in a way to do a floppy install of debian over a speedtouch modem. after installing root and drivers one can probably load the modules the speedtouch usb needs and also copy the alcatel firmware from a disc but how could i install the ppp (debian package) && the speedtouch
