I'm using mc file to configure sendmail.cf.
When the MASQUERADE_DOMAIN(XYZ.FOO.COM.AU)
is wriiten into the mc file it comes back with
the error A= argument required
Anyone know where i've gone wrong.

The linux server kernel 2.x is giving error messages-
like after running PPPD it says
ethernet address unable to proxyarp
and NAMED give errors when it tries reading
addresses in reverse address files.
NSLOOKUP is not able to get local host.
Is there something wrong with the reverse addressing?

I'm trying to setup a email server on linux box which
has sendmail ver 8.6.12.
I've a subdomain of my own.
What is the simplest way of doing this?
The email will be stored on the linux server
which will also be a name server and provide other
services.

Am trying to set up bind ver 8.00.
Files were written in bind ver 4 format.
Tried using named-bootconf.pl to do conversion.

The file is named-bootconf.pl.
It is not on the linux cd.

I have a problem getting dns to start on the linux
server.
When i try to run named it says '/etc/named.conf'
cannot be opened.
I could not find such a file anywhere in the system.
Any help in this matter will be deeply appreciated.
