Actually there's a SATA connector on the gigabyte 7vt600 motherboard
on the pc but I never used it and it was quite experimental at the
time it was bought (maybe 6 years ago). Should I try with a SATA
burner?

Pausing tracker gives me back control of my pc but then cpu usage
grows unexpectedly (isn't it supposed to be paused?)

Battery life is it's only strenght imho. Who knows... maybe next year we

charachters. In sid it is not.
Zooming in or out it gets better but not with standard zoom (ctrl 0).

depmod NVdriver
returns the same error. It should say that there are dependencies not
met with NVdriver and hence that the module cannot be loaded.
After that I ran make install in NVIDIA-GLX... folder, that worked
fine (returned no errors)

I can't compile nvidia drivers. I tried almost everything.
1. tried to use debian nvidia debs, but they seem to need an entire new
kernel compile to work (I'm not skillfull enough)
2. so I downloaded and extracted nvidia drivers from nvidia.com and
followed README instructions
the problem is GLX d
I have installed evolution 1.0.3 on my debian-woody-gnome1.4 system,
and all work well except printing.
If I try to print an email - I use cups for printing, but the same
happens when I try to print to a file or just to see the print preview -
I get this strange error:
