Connection to webmin server is refused

Hi I am trying to use some webmin applications, but I got the error message " the connection was refused when attempting to contact localhost:1 " from mozilla. I use debian woody with the the unstable version of mozilla to allow htps connections. please give any advise. regards, Tjip --
