This is very off topic but I wondered if people knew of a good place to
find real-time Linux programmers in the UK?
I've been trying to find one for some time and can't seem to get any
interest from the usual job sites out there.

Thought I'd sent this earlier, but it hasn't come
through the list. Anyhow, apologies if its a repeat.
I'm trying to use SWAT to configure SAMBA. When I try
to connect to it on http://localhost:901 I get
connection refused error.
Been through the SAMBA how-to's and other info, and
can't see any
Seem to have got SAMBA working now, but don't seem to
be able to get the SWAT utility to work. Every time i
try to browse to http://localhost:901 I get connect
refused error.
Had a look at the samba.org site how tos, nothing
leaped out as obvious.
Any thoughts?
Ok, So I booted from an image which the author
reckoned had SMP compiled in. How do I actually know
if both processors are being used?
Yeah I know, its dead obvious to you gurus out there,
but I've had a hard day ;-)
On the plus side I have got all my partitions in
place, learning how to mount
Anyone know which network adapter to use for this
server?

Any help appreciated on this one.
I'm trying to install Debian on a Dell PowerEdge 1850.
I get into the install screen ok, but the installer
fails to recognise the hardisk or the network adapter
(which is an onboard one).
The disc subsystem is a SCSI Ultra320 base with the
perc embedded raid opt
