In an attempt to get the IPMASQADM package up and running I went and
upgraded to libc6 2.2.3-9 (or whatever the trailing numbers are). Well now a
heap of stuff has compatibility issues. I tried removing the new libc6 to

Has anyone tried to use IPMASQADM to get PPTP support in IPMASQ (so I can
access my work VPN from behind the linux firewall)? I downloaded the
IPMASQADM module as well as a new version of libc5 (required by IPMASQADM)
and basically killed a shitload of stuff on my server. I'm guessing it

I'm trying to get IP Masq up and running and am very close. I can ping IP
numbers from my Masqd machine but have not telnet capability. Futhermore I
can't see domain names from my debain machine or the masq'd machine.
Any ideas.
One thing I've noticed is that I currently have no rc.fi
... unfortunately I can no longer use
XF86Setup, because it doesn't work with 4.0.X of XFree
Any ideas?
