not sync its time with the Hyper-V host most of the time (rarely it actually
did). I tried Debian
Wheezy and it worked fine always. I checked and the the hv drivers were loaded
on the VM.

after a resume, the clock just goes one like nothing happened. So if the guest
VM was in a saved
state for one hour, its clock would be late one hour after resuming the VM. The

I tried booting into the Xen-kernel in a virtual machine under Hyper-V
(Windows 8.1 64bit).
While the normal kernel boots fine, the Xen-kernel cannot find the root device.
Debian6, which doesn't seem to have Hyper-V modules by default, works fine.
Under Debian7 (and testing) I get an err
