Debian can not detect my Harddrive

Debian can not detect my Seagate ST380011A Harddrive, and asks for drivers on floppy. Does anybody know where I can find these drivers, or how else can I solve this problem? Do you Yahoo!?Win a $20,000 Career Makeover at Yahoo! HotJobs
