Hello Debian users!
I've noticed that apt-get doesn't anymore resume a partially
downloaded package, it prefers to fetch the whole one. Any hints?
BTW I'm running an up-to-date testing system with apt 0.5.4

window manager, must be run with ``&'' in the end.
