I have a Dawicontrol 2975U SCSI Controller with three devices (CD-ROM,

I don't think this is possible. I have installed SO 5.2 on 3 different
machines with this switch and it always worked. Did yo download the

Hi Marco,
as Morten pointed out already, you just have to use the /net switch on

Hello all,
I've ISDN here and my setup is working quite nice for a almost a year

already working, but there are a lot of unwanted connections triggered

I've already read that this behaviour is caused by using dynami
Hello everybody,
thanks for your help. I filtered all my folders through procmail again. And

Hi all,
I filter this list by using procmail. It works quite well, except for the fact
that every mail gets into the folder twice.
Any suggestions?
TIA

my SCSI Controller. Before I upgraded to a new kernel my Controller was

Hi Ray,
I think you got me wrong. Sure, my CD-ROM is in my computer. But it isn't
an IDE drive (/dev/scd0). The mount point is ok. Before I compiled the new
kernel I used (and I'm still using) kernel 2.0.36. With this kernel my
CD-ROM works fine. Thanks anyway.

Hello all,
I have got a problem. Today I compiled a new kernel. Now I'm not able to
get my CD drive to work anymore.
When I try to mount the device (/dev/scd0) the system says:
"mount: the kernel does not recognize /dev/scd0 as a block device (maybe
'insmod driver'?)"

my office PC, so I don't have a clue about this card.
