Xaccel.ini exists (run Xsetup) - make sure /usr/bin/X11R6/Xaccel/ and /usr/lib/X11R6/Xaccel exist (from the installation) - make sure that the symlink /usr/X11R6/bin/X points to /usr/X11R6/bin/Xaccel (you may have to reset this periodically as new XFree packages are installed and overwrite
