Cannot login to bo

Since upgrading from 1.2 to 1.3 I am not able to log into bo as root on run level 2. Each time I enter the password I get an 'incorrect password' back. As previously suggested I disabled nis which then allowed me to login as a user other than root but I still cannot login as root. (Thanks, Bri
