I am reading the O'Reilly book "PGP: Pretty Good Privacy" by Simson
Garfinkel and am wondering if there is a Debian distribution? Or, must I
download a version as discribed in appendix A and compile it myself?

I installed the package "suck" and am looking for information about how to
set it up. Is there information other than the man page? If so, than
where? In general, where can I look for documentation under debian? For
instance, I know I can save news articles to folders in nn, but can not find
I have installed nn and receive my news via NNTP. However, it takes about 5
minutes to get my first page of news (slower than ms windows trumpet by
about 4 minutes!). Is this a function of nn. Should I be using another
newsreader?

I remember reading guidlines for installing non debian software, but I can't
seem to find them again. Any pointers where to find them? The software is
WINE which doesn't seem to exist in package form.

I have edited /etc/rc.boot/0setserial removing the autodetect of
interupts for /dev/cua* and replacing it with a manual call for
/dev/cua2. This is intended to set the IRQ for /dev/cua2 to 5 instead
of 4.
However, after booting I find through setserial -v /dev/cua2 that the
IRQ is 4 (as if 0se
I am trying to create a working chat script so I can
proceed with my installation of debian 1.2. However,
after a day of trying variations of chat scripts, I am stumped.
What should I do to fix this script? Where am I going wrong?
