Hi!
XFree86 is downloaded on my system, with Debian running.(downloaded from
the Debian site, stable location).
Startx gives the message "unable to load libXmu.so.6
Also sh preinstall.sh wouln't work.
Appreciate any help. I'm a brand newbie, so please keep it simple.
Thanks
-Richard
I have an internet connection thru a local cable tv company. It is
connected up to my computer through a D-Link DE-530CT+PCI Ethernet
Adapter.
I was wondering if debian supports this kind of connection to the
internet and if so , how on earth do you go about setting it up?
Thanks for any help,
Ric
I'm an absolute greenhorn with debian so I'm sorry if this is stupid
How do you download the linux file?
When I download it, it downloads as an html file.
I know it is not an html file, but what am I doing wrong?
Everything else downloaded fine.
