I have a keyboard that does not seem to deliver Ctrl+Alt+RightArrow.
It does deliver Ctrl+Alt+LeftArrow. I have inspected with "xev" and
found that each of the key up and key downs are detected for the first
key combination, but the RightArrow up and down actions show no event

I seem to be on a conference call everyday where I have a horrible
time communicating what would be easy to demonstrate in person. I
keep thinking that we need to use one of our Debian work stations as a
VNC server and have everyone on the call log in and watch as the
presenter uses xterm, Firefo
