Sorry, but I failed to mention that the previous error message was the result of trying to "man ircii". When I try and run ircii, I get ircii: Command not found. That error message is printed right after I install the deb package for the 2nd, 3rd,.etc. -- Monte Cop

can't get xdm to load.

ing , the XFree86 original version and xdm loaded just fine. But this time, for some reason loading the newer version has messed up my xdm. I can get an X session up and running with no problems, but I really don't want to type "startx" every time I log in. Any possible solutions?

lost keyboard config file

lines saying I have a segmentation fault in line such and such.
