I am getting the same kind of errors shown below from your email (see mail
with subject "deselect and hda: irq timeout" 10-9 ... 10-10).
I have a brand-new Western Digital WB100EB. I downloaded a diagnostic
program from www.wdc.com. It detected and repaired errors. Now I am

continues to completion and I seem to be able to use what has been
installed.
The error messages are as follows:
hda: irq timeout: status = 0x0d { Busy }
ide0: reset: success
Any ideas on why these messages appear?

Yeah, good question. For now, just headless operation as a backup to SSH

If I load Potato from scratch, will there be a kernel

I made the same mistake - confusing the 311 and 310.
I am not sure if the natsemi driver needs the

I recently spent lots of time on the LRP mailing list.
THis topic was handled frequently. Perhaps this is
not a Debian issue. Check out www.scyld.com for lots
of in-depth info on drivers. My guess is that you
need the new pci-scan.o and the new tulip.o driver.
