2002-09-07 Thread Matthias Ellinger
Hi wizards, I'm trying to get my woody box to play sound. It's a CS4614/22/24 card, the cs46xx module is there, /dev/dsp is correctly configured, I'm in the audio group; still - no sound. Are there any parameters I need to tell the kernel (2.4.19) on boot? Regards, -- Ma

Hi, I found out that I forgot to enable full USB HID support before compiling the kernel - so of course my USB mouse wouldn't work. Fixed it, and everything's fine now, with my first self-compiled kernel working just fine! Thanks for all the help! all the best, -- Matthias Ellin
