cannot find anything on c: to boot.
If I boot DOS6.2 with bootfloppy, c: looks EMPTY.

Finally gave up and learned how to recompile from disk 4 of 6 in
Debian set. It worked! Thanks to Hall and others for trying
to help newbie,

I guess I was trying to run a corrupted binary. I finally figured out how
to recompile from source, 4th of 6 cdroms in Debian set; and now gnome
comes up. Monitor is not as big as virtual screen. Easy fix?
