I have a little problem with the way USB and hotplug/udev are (not)
working on my laptop (It's a Gateway, but i really don't know the model,
hopefully I will provide enough info for someone to help me).

Having installed helix-gnome I am now running gdm.
I used to do startx to run X. So i had a .xinitrc file. On this file i called
the wm, gnome-sesion, etc, and i had the following command
xset fp+ unix:/7001
so that i could use tt fonts.
I know that i have to move this command to .xsession,

A couple of days ago, I sent a message to this list about procmail. Meanwhile i
had problems with my mail and never saw the awnsers, if there were any.
I did get a glimpse at one of the awnsers (probably the only one) that
mentioned permissions.

balsa is that it doesn't have filters, so the solution is procmail.
