Hi,
I am a Debian user for at least 12 years and I love it.

the Saitek rudder pedals. When I come back from a suspend I have to
unplug and replug this rudder pedal device for it to work.

But that was the solution
.
Any suggestions about the possible reason and what I can try next?

I can report the same problem.
"aptitude upgrade" fails because a series of post-installation scripts
exits with "28690 Illegal instruction ldconfig". I also get "Illegal
instruction" when invoking ldconfig manually.
"dist-upgrade" equally fails. I also tried -f option for both variants.

where the system is getting the "idea" that it has a second sound
card?
Any insinght into this would be welcome.
PS
I did read linux/Documentation/sound/Introduction (that's where I found out that this
message would be indicative of the system looking for a second sound card).
tia
these would be a "bad" thing for me.

My mistake, I meant latex2rtf for RTF and ps2pdf for PDF...
Thanks for pointing that out.

I resort to "RTF" format using "latex2pdf" or "ps2pdf".
Hope this helps...
