ZOPE HELP

I got same problem... "Starting Zope  failed no INSTANCE_HOME found use zopectl create first" I start zope from /etc/init.d/zope start   how can I fix this problem? pls let me know Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! SiteBuilder - Free, easy-to-use web site design software
